The resort was a renovation and completion project of an existing condominium complex that had been vacant for several years. The project comprises 878 condominium units either 2 or 3 bedrooms, spread across a 3-building complex that is 6 story tall and features wrap parking garages for direct level access. The lobby area was designed by eliminating several of the condo units. A new waterpark has been added to the project which includes a lazy river, slides, kid’s play area, flow rider and a larger swimming pool. The waterpark also features Longboards Bar & Grill.
