The Sheraton SeaWorld property was an existing property with 2 & 3 story guestrooms spread out over the 28-acre site. The project consisted of a full renovation of the existing guestrooms and public spaces. Along with the addition of a 300-guestroom tower situated in the place of tow tennis courts directly in the middle of the property and the creation of an additional 10,000 SF of Ballroom and meeting space.
