The Natick Mall has undergone a major renovation and expansion, which features over 100 new stores, including high-end retailers, and a total of 550,000 square feet of shopping space. The mall’s new design is modern and sleek, with a spacious layout that makes shopping a breeze. The mall’s undulating arcade ceiling with curved windows and expansive skylights was designed to showcase the site’s varied changes in grade of its topography, providing a unique architectural experience.
The new stores include two anchors Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales, it also includes a food court with a wide range of cuisines and a selection of upscale restaurants. The new mall construction included two levels of subterranean parking and a 8 -story parking garage adjacent.
A full-service luxury condominium building was part of the renovation and expansion of The Natick Mall. The building features 215 one, two, and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 800 square feet to 2,200 square feet. The residents enjoy private access to a wide array of shops and restaurants at the adjacent Natick Mall, making it a convenient and luxurious living experience.
The building’s amenities include a 1.2-acre private roof garden, the largest in New England, designed by internationally-renowned Martha Schwartz Partners.
